CNN Profiles ‘Generation’ Of Teenagers, Young Adults Born With HIV
CNN looks at the lives of teenagers and young adults who were born with HIV before advancements in antiretroviral drugs in the 1990s helped prevent mother-to-child transmission. According to CNN, these children “have defied initial expectations” and “danced at their high school proms, walked on stage to receive their diplomas and even experienced the birth of their children.
