House, Senate Pass Obama Budget Proposal; Bills Move To Conference Committee
Congressional Democrats on Thursday endorsed President Obama’s $3.5 trillion fiscal year 2010 spending plan that “sets the stage for the president to pursue his most far-reaching priorities,” including health care reform, the Washington Post reports.
