Methods For Improving Simulations Of Biological Systems: Systemic Computation And Fractal Proteins
Using computers to model biology is vital to help us understand, predict and even design new synthetic biology. But today’s models are often ad hoc, unintuitive or incomplete. A new modeling approach known as “systemic computation” aims to provide a language and “natural computer” to help models be designed better, work efficiently, and be more useful for the biologist compared to current methods.
