Managing Your Anger Could Save Your Life
A new US study suggests that learning to manage your anger might save your life: they found that anger-induced electrical changes can predict future heart arrhythmias in patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs). The study is the work of researchers at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, and the Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System in West Haven, Connecticut, and at PinMed Inc.
