UroToday.com - A large genome-wide association study only identifies a modest association between prostate cancer (CaP) susceptibility loci and risk of ovarian and breast cancer susceptibility. This report by Dr. Honglin Song and colleagues appears in the November 1, 2008 issue of Cancer Research. Four large European case-control studies were analyzed for 12 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) associated with susceptibility to CaP.
