BMA Scotland Response To Audit Scotland Report On NHS Performance

Commenting on the Audit Scotland Financial Overview of the NHS in Scotland published today [Thursday 4 December 2008], Dr Peter Terry, Chairman of the BMA in Scotland, said: “I am pleased that Boards have managed to achieve their financial targets for this year, however we face increasing financial pressures nationally and locally, and I am pleased that the report recognises this.
