Coventry Provides Skills To Enable More People To Cope With Downs’ Syndrome, UK

More expectant mothers are deciding to keep babies with Downs’ syndrome than before pre-natal testing for the condition became widespread. This could reflect a ’softening’ of public attitudes towards the wider learning disability population but it could mean that Mothers feel more able, and better equipped to cope.
