The Secretary of State for Health, Alan Johnson MP, praised the work of the MS Society at a reception to launch the charity partnership of the MS Society and British Energy for 2008-09. The reception, held at the Houses of Parliament on 18 November, played host to a number of key politicians and representatives from the two organisations. Alan Johnson MP, said: “I am delighted that British Energy employees have chosen the MS Society as their charity of the year.
