Increased Estrogen Rather Than Decreased Androgen Action Is Associated With Longer Androgen Receptor CAG Repeats
UroToday.com - This study is a part of the European Male Ageing Study (EMAS), a multicentre study carried out in 8 European centres (Estonia, Sweden, UK, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Italy and Spain) on 40-79 year-old community dwelling men (n = 3,369). One of goals of the study is to assess the role of ageing-related alterations in pituitary-testicular function on health outcomes of ageing men.
