Canadian Province Considering New HIV/AIDS Treatment Strategy To Target Highly Vulnerable Groups

The Canadian province of British Columbia is considering new strategies to encourage the “most hard-to-reach” HIV-positive people to enter treatment, Toronto’s Globe and Mail reports.
