Chair Of Joint Chiefs Calls For Broader PTSD Screenings
Michael Mullen, chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, recently proposed that all returning combat troops undergo screening for post-traumatic stress disorder with a mental health professional, according to USA Today.
