Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. (OTCBB: CEMI) (”Chembio” or the “Company”) and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation of Brazil (”FIOCRUZ”) today announced the completion of a technology transfer supply and license agreement for Chembio’s DPP(R) HIV 1-2 rapid test for use with oral fluid or whole blood samples. This product has been developed by Chembio with its patented Dual Path Platform (DPP(R)) technology.
