NHS Constitution - A Workshop For People Living With Diabetes

The proposed NHS Constitution will affect all of us and it is vital that people living with diabetes have their say. The Constitution will shape the future of the NHS and we need you to get involved. Workshop for people affected by diabetes 8 October in London The workshop will give you the chance to tell the Department of Health what you think. It is open to people with diabetes, parents and carers.
