U.S. Ambassador Announces Rs. 11.5 Crore In Additional Humanitarian Relief To Bihar Flood Victims
U.S. Ambassador to India David C. Mulford announced that the United States will contribute an additional Rs. 11.5 crore (USD $2.5 million) to provide relief to victims of the recent floods in Bihar. On behalf of the American people, Ambassador Mulford offered his sympathy to those who continue to suffer in the aftermath of the disaster and expressed America’s willingness to provide further support as needed.
