Josserand And Gardner To Lead American Heart Association In 2008-09

The American Heart Association’s new national officers begin their 2008-09 terms on July 1. David A. Josserand, executive vice president and chief strategic officer of the Dalton Agency in Jacksonville, Fla., is national chairman of the board. Josserand will be responsible for the association’s business affairs, public relations and fund raising, and will preside over all Board of Directors and Administrative Cabinet meetings.
