ORLANDO, FL (UroToday.com) - Tolterodine and an alpha blocker provides superior relief from urgency and frequency compared to either medication alone. In addition, initial results from the ComBAT trial were presented. The combination of a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor and an alpha blocker is superior to either one alone at the 2 year mark. Tadalafil at either the 5, 10, or 20mg dose provides LUTS relief. On average, patients had a 4.0 to 5.0 point improvement in their AUASS.
