The Medical Defence Union has announced that a limited number of places are remaining for its upcoming communications skills workshops for doctors taking place at its head office in London. Dr Peter Schutte, Head of Advisory Services commented, “Many of the complaints and claims seen by the MDU can be traced back to a breakdown in communication between doctor and patient.
