The Missouri Senate’s decision to adjourn its 2008 legislative session without considering a measure (HB 1831) that includes several restrictions on abortion rights is “good news, regardless of one’s views on abortion,” Kansas City Star columnist Barbara Shelly writes in an opinion piece.
