Magnolia Optical Technologies Has Developed Broad Band Antireflection Coatings For Ultraviolet, Visible And Infrared Applications

Magnolia Optical Technologies, Inc. announced that in collaboration with the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD it has developed broad band multi-layer AR coatings that can be used for visible and IR sensors applications including enhancing solar cell performance. This work was partially funded by an MDA/Army funded SBIR Program. These sensors and solar cells are needed for space and terrestrial applications and can operate in space environment without any degradation.
