Senate, House Delay Votes On Supplemental War Appropriations Bills With Provisions To Delay Medicaid Regulations
The Senate Appropriations Committee on Thursday delayed a scheduled mark up of a $193 billion supplemental war appropriations bill that includes a provision to block for one year seven new Medicaid regulations proposed by the Bush administration, as well as additional funds for FDA, CQ Today reports.
