Whenyoung people dress according to the customs of their own ethnic group,they may be less likely to have mental health problems later in life,according to research in the Journal of Epidemiology andCommunity Health, a BMJ Specialist journal. Adolescentsare especially prone to mental health problems, and often, theiridentities are displayed in clothing and in their choices of friends.
