Tanzania On Target To Meet Millennium Development Goal For Reduction In Child Mortality

Many countries in Africa have made little to no progress towardsmeeting the Millennium Development Goal for reducing child mortality(MDG4.) However, Tanzania is on target to meet this goal, thanks toseveral important interventions that have been applied in child health,according to an Article in the Countdown Special Edition of TheLancet released on April 11, 2008.
