U.S. District Court Dismisses Lawsuit Against FDA Over Nonprescription Sales Of Plan B
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to overturn an FDA decision allowing nonprescription sales of the emergency contraception Plan B to women older than age 18, Reuters reports.
