The British Dental Association (BDA) applauds the High Court’s decision to rule against primary care trusts imposing an unfair termination clause in a dental contract, following Eddie Crouch’s legal challenge this week. Peter Ward, BDA’s chief executive said:”We are delighted that Eddie Crouch won his case against the unreasonable term in his dental contract with South Birmingham PCT.
