BMA Urges SAS Doctors To Use Their Vote In Key Contract Ballot, UK
The BMA opens a vital ballot of staff and associate grade doctors (SAS) 1 on a proposed new nationwide NHS contract. Members and non-members of the BMA are being urged to make their voice heard by returning ballot papers, voting online or contacting the BMA via telephone. Ballot papers and a security code for online/telephone voting are being mailed to SAS doctors this week by the Electoral Reform Service (ERS)2. The ballot closes on Friday, 14th March 2008 at 5pm.
