E-mail Access May Improve Patient-Surgeon Communication

E-mail access to one’s surgeon has can improve doctor-patientcommunication. Additionally, this seems to occur without affectinglevels of patient satisfaction. This was reported on February 18, 2008in Archives of Surgery, one of the JAMA/Archivesjournals.write the authors.
