CHT CEO Participates In Roundtable With Secretary Leavitt

Center for Health Transformation CEO Nancy Desmond participated in a small roundtable discussion in Georgia on Febraury 20th, featuring Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Michael Leavitt, U.S. Congressman Phil Gingrey, M.D. and Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue, along with approximately twenty Georgia leaders. The purpose of the roundtable was to discuss Georgia’s potential role in a new Medicare Electronic Health Records Demonstration Project.
