Health Dialog Selected To Provide Health And Wellness Support To 17,000 Medicare Beneficiaries

Health Dialog Services Corporation today announced it has been selected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide health and wellness support to more than 17,000 Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries as part of the CMS Senior Risk Reduction Demonstration (SRRD).
