Breast Cancer Spread ‘Halted’
“Scientists discover a way to stop breast cancer spreading”, The Independent’s headline says. The story underneath says a new discovery could lead to a new form of treatment, “based on preventing tumours from moving from one part of the body to another”. The newspaper story is based on a study that looked at small molecules of RNA, a chemical that help to control the activity of genes in the cells.
