Final Senate Passage Of 108 Million Dollars To Expand Health Coverage For 9/11 Emergency Responders And Others
Senators Frank Lautenberg, Robert Menendez Hillary Rodham Clinton and Charles Schumer announced final Senate passage of an additional 108 million dollars in federal funding to address the mounting health needs of those individuals who were exposed to environmental hazards released as a result of the September 11, 2001 attacks upon the World Trade Center.
