Two More European Countries Recommend Free Human Papillomavirus Vaccination For Pre-adolescent Girls To Prevent Cervical Cancer
Denmark has joined the growing number of countries to recommend human papillomavirus vaccination, recognising the benefits of preventing cervical cancer and other human papillomavirus-related genital diseases. In its advice to the Danish Government, the Danish National Board of Health (NBH) specifically recommends using a vaccine that “also protects against condyloma” (genital warts) in addition to cervical cancer.
