New Paradigms In The Research Of The Biomolecular Composition Of Water
Water nurtures life in all its forms, but not all water in our life systems is equal. Water in a lake, in the sea or in a cup of tea is different from the water in our bodies. This much we do know. Yet science does not yet have a complete understanding as to why intracellular water is different to other water forms. The science of water is subject to conflicting theories. The very structure of water, as an open system and out of equilibrium, makes it an extremely controversial field. [click link for full article]
