Autism Awareness Week UK - Appeal To PM Gordon Brown

Autism Campaigners have urged Britain’s Prime Minister Gordon Brown to take firm and decisive action on autism and Asperger’s Syndrome during Autism Awareness Week which runs from 1-7th of October.Autism is a neuro-developmental disorder over 500,000 people in the UK are on the autism spectrum. Over 90,000 children are also on the spectrum. According to UK Reserachers 1 in 100 children may have autism. [click link for full article]
