Binge Drinking - You’ll Regret It In The Morning, UK
People who binge-drink are less likely to do so again if they feel regret for their actions. This is the finding of Dr Richard Cooke from Aston University. He revealed the findings on Thursday 13 September 2007, at the Division of Health Psychology Annual Conference at the University of Nottingham. 178 Scottish students completed a questionnaire regarding their previous drinking habits, their future drinking habits and subsequent feelings of regret.
