Mississippi Supreme Court Rejects Case Challenging Constitutionality Of State’s Parental Consent Law To Be Used As Defense In Criminal Case
The Mississippi Supreme Court on Thursday declined to hear an appeal of a case that challenges whether the state’s parental consent law for abortion can be used as a defense in a criminal case, the AP/Jackson Clarion-Ledger reports.
